1. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 4-7 days, depending on your location. We appreciate your patience in the process while our team will work hard to get your order delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

Note: Due to weather conditions and on public holidays, deliveries may take a bit longer than usual.

2. Within 6 days of your order, you can place a return request. Under no circumstance the return/ refund will be provided if we are not informed within 6 days. Failure to provide the info within 6 days will make your order ineligible for returns/ refund.

3. If a product is not upto your expectations, faulty or damaged in the shipping process, we will initiate a refund. The refunded amount will be credited in the form of points only to your wallet which can be used for future orders. Cashback will be credited to your wallet within 24 to 48 hours.

4. The pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

5. INR 100/- are applicable for return. This amount will be deducted automatically from your wallet. We don’t provide bank transfer or cash refund in case of returns.

6. Please return your product(s) in the same condition that it was shipped to you. If the products are returned in a poor condition or have clearly been worn then we will not be able to refund your money.

7. You can get in touch with us about any issue at our customer support portal and we will gladly solve it for you. You can also reach out on Instagram @_isadori_ for a faster response. All queries will be solved between Monday to Friday 10am-6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

8. Any customized or personalized order is not eligible for return or refund.
